Service terms

These terms cover the BridgeDesk AI service operated by Infinite Bridge Tech Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16964958. Contact: info@infinitebridgetech.com.

Permitted use

Use BridgeDesk only for lawful customer support. Do not use it for deception, spam, harassment, regulated professional advice, credential collection, payment processing, or decisions that significantly affect a person.

Your content

You must have the right to submit store content and customer information. You are responsible for keeping product, price, delivery, returns, contact, warranty, and other business information accurate.

AI limitations

AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. BridgeDesk is designed to answer from approved knowledge and decline uncertain questions, but the account owner remains responsible for reviewing the system and handling customer commitments.

Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless another payment method is agreed in writing. Prices are displayed before checkout. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, and card issuer fees may apply depending on the customer's location and payment method.

Usage limits and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly message limit. We may rate-limit, suspend, or require an upgrade for abusive traffic, automated load, unusually expensive usage, or attempts to bypass limits. Pro and custom usage remain subject to fair use even when high limits are displayed.

Cancellation and refunds

Customers can cancel from the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains subject to the billing status reported by Stripe. Refunds are considered case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or failed provisioning. We do not guarantee refunds for unused partial months unless required by law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep BridgeDesk available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
