Information we process

We process account details, store knowledge supplied by customers, service usage, billing status, and the messages visitors send to a BridgeDesk assistant. Customers must not upload payment card details, passwords, verification codes, health records, identity documents, private keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, answer support questions, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot faults, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI and payment providers

Customer messages and relevant store knowledge may be sent to Google Vertex AI / Gemini to generate an answer. Subscription and billing information is processed by Stripe. Automated answers may be inaccurate and should not be used for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or regulated decisions.

Retention and control

Account owners can request export or deletion by emailing info@infinitebridgetech.com. We keep security, billing, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records where required by law or legitimate business need.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards will be used where required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us first; UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
