Information we process

We process account details, store knowledge supplied by customers, service usage, and the messages visitors send to a BridgeDesk assistant. Customers must not upload payment card details, passwords, health records, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, answer support questions, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot faults, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI providers

Customer messages and relevant store knowledge may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate an answer. The active provider and subprocessors will be disclosed before commercial launch. Automated answers may be inaccurate and should not be used for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Retention and control

Account owners can request export or deletion by emailing info@infinitebridgetech.com. Conversation retention controls and self-service deletion will be included before public commercial launch. We keep security and accounting records where required by law.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards will be used where required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us first; UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
