Information we process
We process account details, store knowledge supplied by customers, service usage, billing status, support tickets, answer feedback, and the messages visitors send to a BridgeDesk assistant. Customers must not upload payment card details, passwords, verification codes, health records, identity documents, private keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Store platform integrations
If a merchant connects Shopify or WooCommerce, BridgeDesk may process public product catalog information, store domain details, integration status, and access tokens needed to provide the integration. Shopify order lookup is read-only and requires the visitor to provide both an order number and the email used at checkout. We use that information only to check matching order status and do not automatically refund, cancel, edit addresses, or make payment changes.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide and secure the service, answer support questions, enforce plan limits, troubleshoot faults, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve answer quality, identify missing knowledge, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
AI and payment providers
Customer messages and relevant store knowledge may be sent to Google Vertex AI / Gemini to generate an answer. Subscription and billing information is processed by Stripe. Automated answers may be inaccurate and should not be used for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or regulated decisions.
Retention and control
Account owners can export workspace data from the dashboard, choose a workspace retention preference in assistant settings, and request deletion by emailing info@infinitebridgetech.com. Retention preferences are used for account policy and operational review; security, billing, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records may be kept where required by law or legitimate business need.
Shopify privacy requests
BridgeDesk supports Shopify customer data request, customer redaction, shop redaction, and app uninstall webhooks. When Shopify sends a valid privacy request, we acknowledge it and remove or redact matching local Shopify integration data and support-ticket customer information where applicable.
International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards will be used where required.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us first; UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
